If you would like your personal data deleted from our systems, LR Threads LLC honors your request within 30 days.

 

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

 

  1. Email support@lrthreads.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. 2. Include the email address associated with your LR Threads account
  3. 3. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days
  4. 4. You will receive an email confirming once your data has been removed

WHAT GETS DELETED

 

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, shipping address)
  • - Your order history and purchase records
  • - Your saved payment methods
  • - Your marketing preferences, email subscriptions, and any tags associated with your account
  • - Any data collected through LR Threads apps connected to Facebook, Instagram, or other third parties

WHAT WE MAY RETAIN

 

Per our Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may retain limited anonymized records for tax, accounting, legal compliance, and fraud prevention purposes. This retention never includes personally identifying information tied to you.
