Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
1. Refunds for Pre-Printing Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested and approved prior to printing (1-4 Business Days), a refund will be issued. However, please note that a processing fee of 3% of the order total plus $0.30, which covers Shopify's processing fee, will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refunds for Post-Printing Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested after printing is complete, a refund of 50% of the order total will be issued. Additionally, the fabric used for the order will be resold. Please note that the remaining 50% of the order total covers the cost of materials and labor already invested.
