Answers to the most common questions about ordering, design files, and shipping.

Ordering

It's simple! Browse to the fabric type you want, choose your yardage, then upload your design file in the upload area on the product page. Once your file is uploaded and you've selected your scaling option, add to cart and check out.
Your design file is attached directly to your order — we receive it instantly when you place your order.
Our minimum order is 1 yard. There's no maximum — order as many yards as your project requires. Bulk discounts are available, so the more you order, the better your per-yard price.
Yes! You can order as little as 1 yard to test your design before committing to a larger quantity.
Absolutely! Simply add each design as a separate product to your cart, uploading a different file for each one. Each line item in your order gets its own design file, so you can print as many different designs as you'd like in one checkout.
Bulk savings apply automatically when you order 25+ yards of the same base fabric:

25–49 yards — 15% off
50–74 yards — 20% off
75–99 yards — 25% off
100+ yards — 30% off

Discounts are calculated per base at checkout.
We're unable to make changes to orders once they've been placed.

Made a mistake? You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After 2 hours, your order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Want to add items? Simply place a new order — our system will automatically merge orders placed on the same day, as long as the account information and shipping address match. Any difference in shipping cost will be refunded when your order ships.
Because every order goes into production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already begun printing and cannot cancel.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
All uploaded designs should be seamless files. We do our best to catch non-seamless files before printing, but this isn't always possible — so please make sure your files are seamless before uploading!

If a non-seamless file is printed, we won't be able to offer a free reprint. When in doubt, double-check your files before submitting your order — we want your fabric to turn out just as beautiful as you imagined!

Design & Files

We accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. For the best print results, we strongly recommend PNG at 150–300 DPI at the intended print size.
Low-resolution files will print blurry.
We recommend 150–300 DPI at the actual print size. Our fabrics are 40–60" wide, so if you want your design to repeat at a specific size, make sure your file is that physical size at the correct DPI.

Minimum: 150 DPI at print size
Recommended: 200–300 DPI for sharp results
Scaling refers to the size of your design as it prints on the fabric. When you upload an image, you choose how large each repeat of that design will appear — for example, a 4x4 scale means your design will print at 4 inches wide before it tiles across the full yard.

There's no wrong answer — it comes down to personal preference and how you plan to use the fabric.

We do our best to produce accurate color output, but screen colors (RGB) and printed fabric colors can vary slightly. Factors that affect color include:

Your monitor calibration
The fabric base color (most bases are white, but slight variations exist)
The fabric type (stretch knits can affect color intensity)

For color-critical projects, we recommend ordering a test yard first.

Production & Rush Orders

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days. Turnaround time starts the following business day. This does not include transit time.
During peak seasons and sale events, production may take up to 10 business days. We'll notify you via email if there are any delays.
Rush orders move your order to the front of the production queue and ship within 1–3 business days.
To add rush processing: on the product page, check the ⚡ Rush my order checkbox before adding to cart. Rush is charged at $5/yard and is automatically applied to your order.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS and UPS. International shipping is available to select countries — international rates and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, domestic delivery is typically:

USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page for carrier tracking links.
First, check around your property, with neighbors, and in mailrooms if applicable. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. If it still doesn't appear withbn 2 business days of the delivery scan, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

Fabric & Quality

We use dye sublimation printing for polyester-blend fabrics. This process infuses the ink directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting prints that won't crack, peel, or fade with normal washing.
To keep your prints looking vibrant:

Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
Turn garments/items inside out before washing
Use mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softeners
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
If ironing, iron on the reverse side only

Returns

Because every order is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns for design choices, color preferences, or ordering the wrong amount. Please double-check your design file, scaling selection, and quantity before purchasing.
However, if there is a quality defect or production error on our end, we will absolutely make it right. See our full Refund Policy.
We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives with a printing defect, significant color shift, or physical damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the defect
A description of the issue
If the issue is with your design file (low resolution, wrong scaling, incorrect file format. non-seamless), we're not able to offer a free reprint, as the order was produced correctly to your specifications.
If the issue was caused by something on our end — a printing error, wrong scaling applied, or quality problem — we'll reprint at no charge. Contact us with photos and we'll review.
Tip: Always order 1 test yard before committing to large quantities.
