Return Policy - Custom Printed Fabric
At LR Threads, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom printed fabric that meets their unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have implemented the following return policy:
1. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable: Custom printed fabric orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where there is a defect or error on our part. Please note that all uploaded files are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is important to ensure that the files are seamless and meet the required specifications. Please be aware that non-seamless files will not be eligible for reprinting.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a custom printed fabric order that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within [number of days] of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Incorrect Scaling: We understand that scaling custom printed fabric can be a complex process. While we provide guidelines and resources to assist you in correctly scaling your fabric, we cannot accept returns solely based on scaling issues. We encourage you to carefully review and double-check your scaling before placing an order.
4. Education and Assistance: To ensure a smooth ordering experience, we offer educational resources, tutorials, and guidance on how to correctly scale and customize your fabric. 5. Restocking and Reselling: In some cases, if a custom printed fabric order is eligible for return, we may assess the possibility of restocking or reselling the fabric. If feasible, we may provide a refund or credit, subject to a restocking fee to cover any associated costs.
Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of returns based on our policies and the specific circumstances of each case.
By placing an order for custom printed fabric with LR Threads, you acknowledge and agree to our return policy as stated above.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours. A processing fee of 2.6%+$0.30 will be applied to the refund amount.
