Shipping policy
Turnaround time
All orders are printed to order and ship within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order.
Turnaround time begins once payment is confirmed and your design file has been reviewed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. All nationally recognized holidays are observed by LR Threads.
Posted turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Production time may be extended by circumstances including but not limited to: unusually high order volume or peak season demand; equipment failure, servicing, or scheduled maintenance; delays, shortages, or quality issues from fabric, ink, or other material suppliers; utility, internet, or telecommunications outages; staffing shortages or illness; and any other event outside our reasonable control. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you at the email address on your order.
Delays of this kind do not constitute a defect or fulfillment error, and cancellation of a delayed order remains subject to the terms set out in our Refund Policy.
Rush orders
Need it faster? Rush processing is available for an additional $5 per yard. Rush orders are prioritized in our production queue and typically ship in 1 to 3 business days.
Rush processing shortens production time only and does not affect shipping transit time. Rush timelines are estimates and are subject to the same conditions described above. If we are unable to meet the rush timeframe due to circumstances on our end, we will refund the rush fee.
Shipping carriers and rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination. Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Rates vary depending on the courier's daily pricing.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at the Track My Order page.
Domestic shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our facility in California. Standard shipping transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days after production is complete.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by LR Threads. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. International transit times are typically 7 to 21 business days after production.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
