IS SHIPPING FREE?

No. We do NOT offer FREE shipping to P.O Boxes. 

The most economical shipping service will be utilized. If a faster shipping method is needed, please contact us. The purchaser will be responsible for the difference in the shipping cost.  

Shipping is weight-based and shipped according to your selection.

Rates vary depending on the courier's daily pricing.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Products are normally shipped within 7-10 business days. TAT is subject to change due to supply chain constrictions, or machine maintenance.

All Nationally recognized holidays are recognized by LR Threads.

"Rush" orders will ship within 3-5 business days and are subject to change due to supply chain constraints or machine maintenance.

Orders are processed the following business day.

Hours of operation are from 9-5 PST.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control.
